@edgarblythe,
Love Never on a Sunday, edgar, and thanks once again for your comment.

I appreciate it when they identify the performer. Now I feel as though I know Don Costa. Ah, the instrument was a zither.

How about another dance.

I pretty much like all of Leonard's songs, with just a couple of exceptions. Dance to the end of Love is a good one. Cohen is an artist I had not heard of in 1968, but the cover of his first album and the song titles intrigued me. Plus the picture of Joan of Arc on the album's back. So I bought it and immediately got hooked. Song critics in a few magazines were critical. One said of his second album, "In most songs there is at least a kernel of meaning." The "'reviewer" could find nothing at all in such songs as Story of Isaac, Bird on a Wire and the like. Oh well.

@edgarblythe,
Funny, edgar. Did you know that there is a Camp Grenada in Florida? When we camped there, I was stunned to walk across the dunes and see a beach full of coral. Yikes!

Here's a neat one by some kids.

Had a listen to the last few songs and liked them all. Now me thinks it's time to hit the bunk, so good night all and I'll leave with you with a nice song from that great Lass Eddi Reader.

Barry, Love that one by Smokey and I know it wasn't the fredster.

edgar, thanks again for your comments, and Sands of Time by Fleetwood Mac was great.

euro, Dragonfly by Eddi was lovely. Sleep well, dear Irish.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I'm recalling my little daughter doing this one.

the flowers nod the shadows creep
A star peeks over the hill
The youngest lamb has gone to sleep,
the smallest bird is still

The world is full of drowsy things
and sweet by candle light
When all the world has gone to sleep
Goodnight, goodnight, goodnight

Two songs of the same ilk. One in the original language and the other by old blue eyes.

amazing how Frank can hit those low notes so well.

So great to have Canada, Ireland, and London with us today. Also dear Alex.

Hope I didn't miss anyone as I'm a wee bit tired.

From Letty with love and a smile

Hurry back, edgar. I understand about the volume and a sleeping beauty. Your comments are always appreciated.

Barry, I love the Four Tops song It's All in the Game as well as Donna Summer's Last Dance. You hurry back as well.

sherrycd, Welcome to A2K and WA2K radio.

Two songs for the early morning here. That big full moon awakened me.

Here is one for our new contributor. Love Oriental music.

@Letty,
Afternoon Miss Letty, I had a problem tuning you in there, seems to be a lot of decyrpto interference. Rolling Eyes

@eurocelticyankee,
euro, I couldn't get your If to play here, but I listened on my side of the pond and it was lovely.

Later, perhaps you'll explain about decyrpto interference.

Here's another If.

@Letty,
Hi Miss Letty, I have no idea what decryptonite is, I'm not sure I want too.
Glad you got to listen to Pink Floyd 'If'; though I think Bread singing 'If' was better, a lovely song.

This is one of my favourite Supertramp songs, unfortunately the video is dire.

@eurocelticyankee,
Well, euro, Thanks anyway. I guess I'll have to find out for myself.

Appreciate your comment, Irish.

Don't know Supertramp Sims 2, but Casual Conversation was great. Thanks again for the introduction.

For some reason, your song reminded me of this one by Nat

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOFskt6xPzs

Nat was so under rated. He was brilliant and talented.
