@edgarblythe,
Wow! I had forgotten what a great voice Vic Damone has, edgar. Let's Face the Music and Dance is one of my favorite songs. Thanks again for your comment.

Here's a tribute to a birthday guy who survived many illnesses and was taken from us too soon.

Good evening WA2K listeners!
Here is A Flock of Seagulls.
Not my usual cup of tea, but my co-worker, Tony. mentioned this song today.
He expected me to recognize it, but I drew a blank.

Rhys loves it when this song comes on the radio.
I do all the background stuff (oo-oo-ooh, oo-oo-ooh) while he just laughs at me.

@George,
George of the soccer type, Welcome back. Can't say that I enjoyed that Seagull bunch, but you can tell Rhys that I love Build Me up Buttercup Baby.

Don't be such a stranger here.

Here are some seagulls we all love. Andrea and Sarah are the ones to which the melody belongs.

edgar, thanks for your comment. Be sure and listen to those gulls on the beach. The kind with feathers, of course. Razz

You sent me searching about Boz.

William Royce "Boz" Scaggs (born June 8, 1944) is an American singer, songwriter and guitarist. He gained fame in the 1970s with several Top 20 hit singles in the United States, along with the #2 album, Silk Degrees. Scaggs continues to write, record music and tour.

Great song by him, incidentally.

Welcome back to you as well Brit Really enjoyed Johnny and Jane doing The Last Time I Felt Like This What a great duo.

edgar's song by Boz reminded me of this one by Marty.

Great music on our radio today and this evening.

Brit, Half Truths was great. Sleep well, London.

Ah, EuroGeorge, loved both of your songs especially Endless Art.

edgar, Didn't know that one by The Jester, but thanks again for your comments. Loved Donovan, too, Texas.

Soccer George, You sent me searching.

Gillian Welch (born October 2, 1967) is an American singer-songwriter. She performs with her musical partner, guitarist David Rawlings. Their sparse and dark musical style, which combines elements of Appalachian music, Bluegrass, and Americana, is described by The New Yorker as "at once innovative and obliquely reminiscent of past rural form"

Thanks for the introduction to Gillian and her music.

To match Dylan's Remember, here's my goodnight song by Nat.

So nice to have Ireland and Dublin with us today as well as our other George. Perhaps George Ob will join us, too, one day.

From Letty with love to everyone.
