@edgarblythe,
Thanks again for your comment, Texas. As you know I love Brook Benton. So Many Ways was great.

When I was a wee thing I loved frogs, so let's listen to "the jester" sing about Froggie Went A Courtin'

edgar, loved Oh Darlin' by The Fab Four. Didn't know that one by those bugs.

hbg, Fabulous version of The Frog King. Always loved Grimm fairy tales.

Ever make mud pies when you were a kid?

Here's one by Ray, that tells it like it is.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I think that I shall do so with two songs. First a trailer from the movie The Brothers Grimm.

I had forgotten that dear Heath Ledger was in that movie.

Now, once again inspired by Germany via Ontario. The Blue Danube.

Hope that we can see edgar here again.

From Letty with love to all of you

I have long been a fan of Billy Vaughn, letty. Also of the Hilltoppers, without realizing that Vaughn was a member.
Brothers Grimm - Didn't see the film.
I was here earlier, but you missed it, letty.

edgar, thanks for your comments. You're right, I did miss Clarence Frogman doing Ain't Got No Home, but you missed Ray's Mississippi Mud. (I think)

Didn't know Jesse Belvin's Nimcompoops, but it was funny, Texas.

Goodnight My Love was excellent. I know the song but not the artist Jessee.

hbg, Boy do I remember Goodnight Irene, but not by Jerry Reed. Love When You're Hot You're Hot by that guy, however.

Well, I ate Thanksgiving dinner with my neighbors, and what a feast. Delightful conversation with both the young ones and their parents. Never had oven roasted carrots before and they were delicious. Paid the price for the food, however; blood sugar elevated.

Today is Paul Desmond's birthday, and I recall Dave Brubeck as an added attraction to the LSO telling Bud, "We all miss Paul".

Tribute to Paul, yawl.

Still dark here.

I have liked Ricardo most of my life. Good man and actor. I didn't care for Fantasy Island, but that was no fault of his.

@edgarblythe,
Great one by Harry, edgar, and thanks for your comments. All I can remember about Fantasy Island is: "Boss de plane de plane." Razz
