@Barry The Mod,
Odd, Brit. I just heard from Ursula. I think she plays those Taiko drums as well. They are great, incidentally.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks for your comments, edgar, and I love You're the Inspiration by Chicago.

Speaking of Inspiration, here's a birthday boy warning of the long black train. Rather reminds me of life's railway to heaven.

@edgarblythe,
Hey, Texas, You sent me searching again.

Jason Aldine Williams (born February 28, 1977 in Macon, Georgia) is an American country music singer, known professionally as Jason Aldean. Since 2005, Aldean has recorded for Broken Bow Records, an independent record label for which he has released four albums and twelve singles. His 2005 self-titled debut and 2009 album Wide Open are both certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), while 2007's Relentless is certified gold. Of his singles, six have reached the number one position on the Hot Country Songs charts: "Why", "She's Country", "Big Green Tractor", "The Truth", "Don't You Wanna Stay" (a duet with Kelly Clarkson), and "Dirt Road Anthem", and seven more have reached top ten on the same chart.

Loved Big Green Tractor, edgar, and thanks again for your comment and the introduction to Jason.

How about a trip around the world, yawl.

I lived in New York, in 1968. Would love to go back.
And, I rode a bus through Chicago. What I saw looked awesome. But I noted the houses clustered around the outside of the city looked drab and ugly. Reminded me somewhat of some poor homes I saw in Mexico.
Not sure the list is unbiased, but the pictures are great.

@edgarblythe,
Funny, edgar. I didn't recognize one word of The World is Mine. Maybe I'm not turning Japanese after all. Razz Wow! you've been a lot of places, Texas.

A different version of Japanese Sandman. It's funny, too.

@Rockhead,
Funny rock. Love that song. You do know where the term "vapors" originated, right?

It's when women wore corsets that laced up, and if they were too tight, they got the vapors. In other words, they couldn't breathe.

Which reminds me of Gone With the Wind.

@Rockhead,
Ah, dizzy and Charlie "bird" Parker. Great one by those two fabulous jazz men, Rock.

Went to Birdland when I was in New York; went to the Embers and heard George Shearing do this one, too.

Incidentally, Olivia de Havilland who did Melanie in Gone With the Wind is the only surviving member of the cast.

edgar, you're being abbreviated this late afternoon. Love it, Texas. Thanks again for your comments. Melanrocky Baby? Funny.

Tony's Crazy Moon was great as was S &G Hazy Shade of Winter.

It's 78 degrees here, so let's pretend that it's summer, right Nat?

@Barry The Mod,
Of course it's foggy in London. It's the condensation of the Thames, Brit.

Loved that one by Sinead and the Chieftains, especially the Irish whistle.

Don't know this guy, and don't particularly care for his voice, but the visuals are great.
