goodnight, euro. I love George Harrison's While my Guitar Gently Weeps. Of all the fab four, I think he had the best voice.

edgar, liked Glad All Over by The Dave Clark Five.

John Lennon's Woman was a good one.

Better hurry up and say goodnight, as I lost power with those horrible wind storms.

Swan Lake.

Swans mate for live.

Goodnight, and it was so great to have Toronto, Dublin, and London with us.

From Letty (who is a bit wind blown) with love to the world.

wm, That one by Susan C. was hilarious. I love onions as well, Susan.

Whew! I was apprehensive about your reaction; but I think it's funny, too! My wife had told me if I dared to post this song in this thread that my newly found online popularity would suffer. Last Christmas break (much to my glee) I had enjoyed aggravating her and our two daughters by playing this song repeatedly within their hearing. They just didn't appreciate my sense of humor. Laughing

Sorry I don't have as much time to interact with everyone. Sad

Lisbee Stainton is someone I don't know much about. She is currently performing at Judy Collins' concerts.

Well, WA2K radio folks, the wind has subsided and the sun is out.

edgar, The Power and the Glory by Phil and Lisbee's Red were both fantastic. Especially like the lady's acoustic guitar.

wm, Especially liked Mary Hopkins' Those Were the Days. Know that one.

Thanks for the introduction to David Gates' Clouds. Lovely piece.

Hey, Brit. Joe Brown's That's the Way it Goes was a great tribute to George. Love it, London.

hbg, all versions of Schubert's Serenade were awesome. Love the German composers.

Anyone want to buy some palm fronds? My yard is full of them. Razz

Two songs for the morning. First hbg's serenade with English by Nelson Eddy. My mom loved that guy.

@Barry The Mod,
Love Queen, Brit. Wasn't Who Want's to Live Forever from The Highlander. Also always enjoy Marvin and Tina. Doggone was great.

Thanks for dropping by as I now get a chance to amend my mistake.

It is NOT Hugh Jackman's birthday. I had him born a couple of days too soon, but it doesn't matter 'cause he is one fantastic Aussie.

It is, however, Giuseppe Verdi's (Joe Green in English) so here is a tribute to him.

Serenade is a great one we hear frequently. It's always welcome.
Hugh Jackman is another guy I don't recognize until I see visual reminders.
