right after the war ( the BIG ONE - as archie called it , i believe ) , i listened often to BRITISH FORCES RADIO .

Thanks, hbg. I know about miners and mining, buddy. In the early days the coal miners in American were paid with script that could only be redeemed at the company store.

Great Working Man song, and it reminded me of this one.
