@edgarblythe,
Welcome back, Texas. I didn't know neco's either. I thought he was going to play: That's the Sound of the Men Working on the Chain Gang.

Thanks again for your comments, edgar.

Didn't know Buckets of Rain by Dave Van Rocket either, but I like the sound of that song.

Can't resist. Gonna play another by this group.

Thay are a talented bunch, letty.
Yesterday, a policeman stopped me to tell me I was too fast on the takeoff at a fourway stop. Just a warning.

@edgarblythe,
Wow! The cops are going to be busy with the economy the way it is, edgar, but it's a mite confusing why they would cite you for going to fast at a four way stop. Love that Highway Patrol by Junior Brown. Thanks for the comments and the introduction.

Which led me to this one. Think it deserves a replay now.

@edgarblythe,
Strange, edgar. I could hear the orchestra on that Beatles song, but not the vocals. May be the atmosphere here, Texas.

Paul Evans came across nice and clear, and Happy Go Lucky Me was one that I have never heard. Thanks for the introduction and the comments.

Hope this one works, because I totally agree.

Sorry that it ends a little abruptly, however

It had to end abruptly, or else go on indefinitely, for the Beatles were so prolific with their love songs, letty. Smile

@eurocelticyankee,
Apparently McCormack was a cousin of my grandfather, mother's side. How close a cousin, I've no idea..

Liked hearing Sinead..

@edgarblythe,
Didn't know that one by Art, edgar. One Summer Night was good, and The Kinks' Shangri La brought back some wonderful memories of Lost Horizon.George Hamilton IV and his Why Can't they Understand was great as well.

Nice to see you again, Osso.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I think that I shall do so with a meditation classic featuring Yo Yo Ma.

Good early morning, WA2K folks. Still dark here, but I love it.

edgar, Thanks again for your comment on Yo Yo Ma. Wasn't he wonderful? Loved The Window by Leonard, buddy.

Rex, Welcome back. Great one by The Doobie Brothers. Don't know The Doctor, but I enjoyed listening. Also recall The Harper Valley PTA by miss Riley.

Hey, Brit. Healing the World was perfect for today. Yes, music really does do that, and I especially liked the part of the visuals that showed the hands reaching out from every country. Thanks, London.

I was awakened by the moon hanging over my canal, and it's a perfect response to edgar's Window.

Today is this man's birthday.
