Goodbye Yellow brick Road is one of my favorite by Elton, letty. Time of the Season is also one with good memories.

Keats nailed it.
This next song is not one hundred percent in accordance with my views, but it has a good video.

@edgarblythe,
Hey, Texas, thanks again for your comments. Harry was right, ya know. Remember Never argue with a woman? Razz You're right, however, the visuals were awesome.

Another birthday girl. I don't know her, but she's good.

@edgarblythe,
Hey, Texas, I love Jimmie Rodgers, especially UhOh I'm Fallin' in Love again.

Also liked Roger singing one that was new to me. Thanks, buddy. I never hear him that I don't think of our Bob Smith, the hawk man.

If you recall, we discussed Charles Trenet, who was the original sea man and who inspired Bobby Darin.

So here he is with that beautiful song.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, once again, thanks for your comments.

Had no idea that Buddy Clark did that one. Only remember it by Nat Cole.

Well, since I shall be wearing my Chinese silk pajamas to dinner, here is a ballet that is wonderful.

@edgarblythe,
Ah, Tammy's in Love. I had forgotten that one, edgar. Thanks again for your comment, Texas.

Well, I'm going out to eat shortly, and as I got another bday card from one of my favorite Canadians, I cannot believe that I guessed the music it played.

I'll be BACH later.

Bobby Darin
When Bobby was in the glow of his success with the That's All album (contains Mack the Knife), George Burns was dazzled by his talent and followed him to his different engagements. They developed a near father/son relationship. But, there was some sort of conflict that killed the spell. Never learned what it was, but I recall a few news articles about this.
