I am always fascinated with animals that dance to music. Otis does good, as usual. The Hawaiian song is a bit different. Pretty nice.
Izzy and rock - good stuff.

Mexican singer Sergio Vega, 40, has been shot dead only hours after he had denied reports he had been murdered.

Good morning, WA2K folks.

edgar, Great goodnight song by Bruce. Love his Born in the USA. Thanks, buddy and your news item sent me to the archives again.

José Sergio Vega Cuamea (September 12, 1969 – June 26, 2010), better known by his stage name Sergio Vega, was a Mexican banda singer. He was born in Hornos, Sonora, located near Ciudad Obregón in Mexico. On 26 June 2010, he died near the hills of Barobampo, Mexico after a car chase with a gang of assassins. The assassins pursued Sergio Vega for a distance and fired at him and his car companion Montiel Sergio Avila 30 times. He was killed and his companion was seriously injured.

terrible event, folks.

Welcome back, Francis. your Lionel Richie love song was marvelous. Pasion Vega, that lovely lady of Spain, conveys a beauty in her voice.

First, y'all, a little jazz instrumental. Softly as in the Morning Sunrise.

Senator Robert Byrd has died. Bet y'all didn't know that he played fiddle.

Good morning, radio people. Good songs, Francis.
I like your jazz song, letty. The Robert Byrd fiddle playing was a new side of the man, for me. Sorry to see him go.

@edgarblythe,
Ah, Doug Kershaw the ragin' cajun. Got his last name confused with Captain Kangaroo.

I guess today is cajun day on WA2K, folks.

@Letty,
Hey Letty, Edgar, Ban, Panz (where is that boy) et al WA2K

cooler evening in the UK - we even had a little rain today - like silent tears from heaven, the raindrops disappeared as quickly as they fell with a little help from the warmth from the sun

which leads me on to this beautiful song by such a beautiful lady

Leona

taken my potion so need to nod off soon

edgar, That Swamp music was captivating. Made me think of Swamp Thing. (not really) I think I meant wild thing.

Izzie, Have never heard that soul lady, but she is wonderful."....silent tears from heaven..." was poetically spoken."

Remember Ricky Nelson's Garden Party. "...you can't please everybody, so you just have to please yourself.."

I keep going because I believe in music and muppets.

@edgarblythe,
I didn't know Wayne did that one, edgar. It's rather sad, however. Honey is another song that brings a bit of moisture to my eyes.

Speaking of wild things ,here is a beautiful early evening song, y'all.
