@edgarblythe,
Hilarious, edgar. Was that French?

Going to warn our listeners in advance. This might be a mite ribald, but it's funny.

That was funny. I generally like Mel, but didn't see his Robin Hood film.

Well, a little closer to home (my home)

@edgarblythe,
Love that one by Waylon, edgar. He knows how to do it right. He and you also inspired me to play one by Willie and the girl.

That Great Divide song by the band was excellent, Texas. Just realized that they did The Weight. Wow!

Time for me to say goodnight, and I think that I shall do so with Fats, folks.

Good morning WA2K folks.

edgar, that math lesson between Abbot and Costello was fantastic. Reminds me of me. Thanks again, Texas, for the moments in history. Especially remember Jenner as he developed that vaccine by observing that milk maids were resistant to smallpox because of the cowpox they got. So today is old blue eyes' birthday. Later, we'll do a salute to the "chairman of the board."

Ah, Brit. Too bad that this is the last flight. That song by Donovan was perfect and Bernard Cribbins "Right, Said Fred" was the ultimate cockney song for today.

Today is also Bobby Darin's birthday, y'all, so I'll begin with a tribute to that talented young man. Sorry that the sync isn't too good, however.

Then, I shall follow with an interesting video of Atlantis Found. Many of you may recall that Edgar Casey thought mankind was a product of Atlantis folks.

First, Bobby.

Now, the Atlantis video.

@edgarblythe,
It's Not Easy Being Green. I think most of us realize that it's an allusion to the "color" thing. That gave me a smile, edgar. Was thinking about Arlo for some reason. Had no idea that he did this one.

@edgarblythe,
Ah, Texas, I loved that one by Peggy Lee. Thanks for Black Coffee, and Josh's Beg Your Pardon was really nice. Don't know him nor the song, but I enjoyed listening.

I had no idea that Louis had a family either. Love the way that band swung to Lil Hardin's Harlem on a Saturday Night. They knew how to play all right.

Day dreaming a bit this afternoon, y'all. So how about a bit of reverie.

Ah, I missed the lift off of Atlantis.

Successful Launch for Atlantis; News Conference Coming Up
Fri, 14 May 2010 02:53:46 PM EDT

Space shuttle Atlantis is officially in orbit, kicking off its STS-132 mission and the pursuit of its target, the International Space Station. Atlantis lifted off from NASA's Kennedy Space Center right on time at 2:20 p.m. EDT, rising into a picture-perfect Florida sky and capping a relatively problem-free countdown.

NASA Television will air the STS-132 postlaunch news conference at 3:30 p.m. EDT with Bill Gerstenmaier, associate administrator for Space Operations, Alexey Krasnov, chief of Piloted Programs Directorate, Roscosmos, Mike Moses, chair, prelaunch Mission Management Team, and Mike Leinbach, shuttle launch director.

Didn't eve hear it, folks.

I had high hopes for the space program. Don't know what to expect next. I had held out a slight hope I would witness an attempted flight of humans to Mars. Now, who knows -
Thanks for debussy. Litened to it once and partially again.
