edgar, once again thanks for the acknowledgements. Achy Breaky Heart in Spanish was great, Texas.

Ah, Brit. Loved that Morning Sun by Robbie Williams. Great visuals as well.

Today is Peter Tork's birthday, and I always liked The Monkees.

Steppin' Stone, y'all.

Tuli Kupferburg is an interesting man and was mentioned in two poems for having jumped off a bridge in a failed suicide effort. Howl, by Ginsburg was one of the poems. He is today in a weakened state, having suffered a stroke, I believe it was.

@edgarblythe,
Hey, Texas. Loved Harry's Eziekel Saw the Wheel. I often wondered if The Windmills of Your Mind might be an allusion to that one.

Morning, Morning by Richie Havens was lovely. Listened twice, buddy.

I'll need to check out your info on wiki later, however. Thanks, buddy.

Hey, remember Grant Wood and his painting American Gothic?

Well, today is his birthday and here are a series of spoofs on that one, y'all.

Gene Pitney

I always got a kick out of the TV series, Green Acres, their spoof of that painting.

@edgarblythe,
I remember that one, edgar. Can't recall the movie from which it was taken, however. Love The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, buddy. Thanks.

As to Tuli, the line that struck me was: "I thought that I had lost the ability to love."

Can't miss this guy's birthday, y'all.

Hey, edgar. Really enjoyed the Teddy Bears doing To Know, Know, Know him. Thanks.

Welcome back, Brit. Ah, yes. Sledgehammer by Peter Gabriel. Great one, and Dusty Springfield doing her Irish Legan love was awesome.

Time for me to say goodnight and I think that I shall do so with a bit of classical, folks.

@Barry The Mod,
Hey, Brit. It's still dark here so like Thin Lizzy, I can still dance in the moonlight.

Love this song, y'all.

I like that King Harvest song, letty. Here is a pictorial of Frank Sinatra, with one of my favorite songs. I would like to be able to write one like that.

@edgarblythe,
Ah, Old Blue Eyes. Love Polkadots and Moonbeams, Texas. Thanks

Remember this guy? I thought of him when tsar had a Valentine's poetry thing.

I recall your having told me that your brother didn't like Mr. Lonely by him.
