Good morning, WA2K folks.
Wow! How did I miss that song in Sherlock Holmes, Brit? The movie with Rob Lowe (member of the original Brat Pack) certainly did NOT stereotype the master detective, y'all, but it was excellent after a rather odd beginning.
I figured out that Lord Blackmore didn't really die in his faked hanging, but was I surprised to learn that he was really Professor Moriarty.
Jude Law as Watson was fantastic.
Edgar, Been through that Big Bend Tunnel, and was I surprised to find out that John Henry was a legend. Thanks for that info, buddy.
My word, Texas, I used to sing Three Little Fishes to my daughter when she was a wee thing. Had no idea that it was a swing thing.
Hmmm. Didn't know The Billboard March, but thanks for playing it.
That Tom Thumb Blues by the Jester was fantastic, harmonica and all.
Today is Earl "fatha" Hines birthday, and I love this one by him. What a fabulous musician.

and, the lyrics.
Waking skies at sunrise,
every sunset, too,
seems to be bringing me
memories of you.
Here and there, everywhere,
scenes that we once knew.
And they all just recall
memories of you.
How I wish I could forget
those happy yesteryears
that have left
a rosary of tears.
Your face beams in my dreams
spite of all I do.
Everything seems to bring
memories of you.
Those memories of you.
