@edgarblythe,
Wow, edgar. That one by Jerry Lee was a shocker, and I didn't know there WAS a Hank Williams the third. You're right. It must be inherited.

I truly love Roy Hamilton's You'll Never Walk Alone.

Thanks, buddy. Tha mix of music on our cyber radio is awesome.

Here's another surprise, folks.

First the jazz version, then The Beatles' version.

Rock, love that Twilight song. Yes, it is the lonliest time of day. Fortunately, there is no "twilight" in Florida.

edgar, Band on the Run is a great one by the Fab Four.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I love this one by Michael Buble.

When Mel Tillis speaks, he stutters like Porky Pig. But he sings superbly.

Good morning. It has been raining for hours. Don't know when it will stop. Why didn't I build an ark when I had the chance?

@edgarblythe,
Good morning, WA2K radio and edgar.

Loved Mel Tillis' Patches, Texas. Strange also that when someone who stutters looks in the mirror and speaks/sings, they don't stutter. Will never forget Mel telling Jimmy Dean in a stutter. "Well, at least I don't have to sell sausage to make a living."

Townes Van Zandt "Man gave names to all the Animals" reminded me of when my daughter was a wee thing and sang:

Who built the ark? Noah, Noah, etc.

Bud redid it to say:

Who built the ark
I don't Noah, etc.

Speaking of water, rain, etc. Today is Davy Jones' birthday and we all know what Davy Jones' locker means, right?

Here's a popular one from Davy, y'all

I always thought that train to Clarksville was the Monkeys' best song.
Here is one of Bobby Vinton's better songs.

Well, edgar, didn't know that one by Bobby, but this one I do.

Let's listen to Mr. Lonely, y'all.

When my brother Sam was in boot camp, that Bobby Vinton song was a hit. He hated being where he was and he hated that song as well. Very Happy
