@edgarblythe,
Enrico Caruso. Wow! Can never get enough of that tenor, edgar.

What a wonderful mix we have today on our wee cyber radio. Germany, Texas, and Florida so far, but Italian is always welcome and Spanish is lovely here, plus Africa, even if it's only via music.

Yuk. when I think that Jimi Hendrix was killed for his life insurance, edgar. I would like to go back and change a chapter in history. No time machines, unfortunately.

Speaking of a chapter in history, today is Pat Boone's birthday, and this duet between him and Perry, is fantastic, folks.

I am an unrepentant Pat Boone fan, letty. Here he is with April Love. A bit late, perhaps, but worth the wait.

Greetings, izzie. Don't let Wylie get ya.

and, I am a converted fan of Pat after hearing that duet with Perry. Also love April love, Texas. You're too late for spring, and dys is too early for Autumn. No problem.

Well, not all the animals are with us tonight. Miss the squirrel and the moose and the hawg. (figure that one out, folks). Notice that the cow just played the French version of Autumn Leaves (literally the dead leaves)Great, incidentally.

Time for me to say good night, and I shall do so with two songs. The first for Izzie. (a coyote and a road runner) and finally one from Bobby that I really like.

And now one of the last songs that Bobby Darin did before he died at 37

Not one egret do I see on the lawn or in a tree.

Goodnight world,

From Letty with love

A heart that's full up like a landfill,
a job that slowly kills you,
bruises that won't heal.
You look so tired-unhappy,
bring down the government,
they don't, they don't speak for us.
I'll take a quiet life,
a handshake of carbon monoxide,

with no alarms and no surprises,
no alarms and no surprises,
no alarms and no surprises,
Silence, silence.

This is my final fit,
my final bellyache,

with no alarms and no surprises,
no alarms and no surprises,
no alarms and no surprises please.

Such a pretty house
and such a pretty garden.

No alarms and no surprises (get me outta here),
no alarms and no surprises (get me outta here),
no alarms and no surprises, please.

Good morning, WA2K radio listeners and contributors.

Welcome back, dj. What a strange name for a group, Canada. Neutral Milk Hotel wouldn't be easy to forget. Aeroplane Over the Sea was intriguing and the line " eyes in the clouds " somehow fit perfectly this dark before the dawn day. Radio Head's No Surprises leapt out from the eyes to the "...handshake of carbon monoxide..."

edgar, The Platters and their song, Only You, brought back some memories. Thanks, Texas.

Hey, Moose Man. Love that Latin jazz, buddy. Thanks. Nice listening, as well.

Ah, Song of the Wind. I hope she remains gentle!

Well, there's Barry the Brit hanging on to a dream. Hmmm, buddy, it seems that the vocalist borrowed a couple of Virginia boys' names. Lee Jackson? That brought a big smile to this PD/Producers' face, and Etta James singing The Eagles' song reminded us that the sky is the limit. Glad you've been there. Hey, 98.6 it's good to have you back again. Nice jazz by Edward Hill as well.

Today is Sir Edward Elgar's birthday, so how about a bit of classical in the wee small hours of the morning in Florida.

@edgarblythe,
So, Buffy wants to be a country girl again, edgar? Thanks for taking our hands again, Texas.(we'll assume that nimrod is the hunter of the east who's caught the sultan's turret in a noose of light)

Sun's up here, and this song we'll dedicate to those who love all the children, grown up's and animals of the world. ( resisting the urge to tell edgar to have a nice day)
