Here, from 1952, is one of Jerry Lee Lewis's first recordings. And it's my good night offering.

Good morning, WA2K radio audience. Hey, Mr. Wizard. Didn't know that Ramsey Lewis number. Great, buddy, and thanks.

edgar, Jerry Lee at seventeen? Great boogie, Texas , and thanks.

Welcome back Mr. Moose. Loved the quiet string quartet by Beethoven; One of the three B's you know.

Hey, edgar. Some songs are worth doing twice whether it be Roll Over Beethoven by Chuck via the Beatles or others. Razz

Today is Ian Fleming's birthday, so here is one by Sir Paul that I like. Roger Moore was James Bond in this one, and I just found out he did the original "Saint." Later Val Kilmer did it. One of the few Kilmer movies that I did NOT like.

This one was written by Linda and Paul, y'all.

All these Jimmy Bond songs. Actually most are pretty good. My fave is probably Goldfinger.

Well, Izzie, Nobody Does it better brings back another fond memory. Sorry that the Brit is under the weather.

edgar, Tequilla Shelia was funny. Loved that price tag hangin' from his hat.

I'm with you, Texas, Nobody Does Bond better that Sean.

First, y'all, another song by a duo that's different.

and now, since Letty got caught in a deluge without an umbrella, it made me think of Dan.

I did give the people in the parking lot a smile when I did my best imitation of Gene Kelly's "Singing in the Rain".

Didn't know that Daniel Powter was dyslexic, so we'll dedicate that one to our dys.

In My Merry Odsmobile.
I thought of this song while visiting Setanta's fractured lyrics thread.

@edgarblythe,
Wow! edgar. I had forgotten that one. Well, I know there's a song about the StanleySteamer car, but I couldn't locate it, y'all. It was first tested at Daytona Beach and went so fast it became airborne.

Well, here's one from another James Bond movie with Sean Connery. Had no idea that the theme was done by Matt Monroe.

From Russia with Love.

Following that, a great oldie, Old Man Mose. (don't think the original version was "..buck buck buck bucket..")

First, the theme from James Bond.

Now, Old Man Mose is Dead.

I also noticed that Matt Monroe did "The Windmills of My Mind", edgar. No problem, Texas. Some songs are worth playing twice. That Soft machine song was weird, however.

Hmmm, folks, somehow this song got lost in the rain fade so this shall be my goodnight song since it's John Fogerty's birthday.

To all of you wherever you are.

From Letty with love.
