Good morning.

A few more of today's birthdays:

@Raggedyaggie,
Well, folks, "Jaws" was in both of these James Bond movies, so let's hear the theme from THE SPY WHO LOVED ME and MOONRAKER.

@Endymion,
Good morning, WA2K radio audience including Mr. Moose and Endy.

Rock, That woman has a beautiful voice and the title of that song always reminds me of the expression: "breathe on me breath of life." That is when life begins, methinks. Thanks to both of you for keeping our cyber station on the air.

Endy, I had no idea that John Lennon did that song. The first time that I heard it was as the theme to the movie that starred River Phoenix.

Often we tend to make heroes out of outlaws, folks, and since today in the birthday of Jesse James, let's listen to how it is done. (the true tragedy is that Jesse was shot in the back. ) Bob Dylan also did this ballad, but it was not too good. Hope all is well with Mac, PDiddie, and our edgar.

@Izzie,
Izzie, your "boy" is absolutely precious. Sixteen? UhOh. That's when you start worrying about more than those reptiles he's holding. Love looking because it brings back such great memories. Thanks for the "down in flames" song by Cher.

Rock, Thank God edgar is all right, and thanks for letting us know. (sigh of relief)

Speaking of rodents, folks, (a squirrel is one, you know) our Roger has been ill, but is recovering.

dys must be feeling all right as well, 'cause he's griping again. Razz

Y'all probably get tired of me playing Romberg, but that's ok, cause ya don't have to listen.

Love this jazz version of "Softly as in the Morning Sunrise."

@Rockhead,
Rock, it is beautiful here, but hot. Thought about listening to a favorite of a canuck I know who likes Fever by Peggy Lee, but I decided to listen to another canuck sing about grape peeling. Love her as you know.

Also sitting on the front porch of my Florida Cracker house and listening to this one by C.C.R. as opposed to Marvin. I'm eating apple slices and drinking a root beer. (seriously)

@Letty,
Time for the two of us to say goodnight, folks, and I am so happy to know that PDiddie is fine; now we need to hear from Mac11 and all will be well.

Here is my goodnight song for Sunday, and it's one of my favorites simply because of the line, "...breathe through the earthquake, wind and fire O' still small voice of calm..."

I would also like to dedicate this to my son whose voice had tears behind it tonight.

@Rockhead,
Good morning, WA2K radio folks.

Rock, thanks for the reminder of the power of love. As I have always noted, my friend, "Love is reflected in love." Great song by Lenny, and thanks.

Well, inspired by hbg, I had to find out about a fandango. It's a dance. Razz

Here's an early morning song by Bach, and the pop song upon which it was based, listeners. (loosely based)

@Rockhead,
I'm here, Rocky, and I love that song, buddy. I think Matt Monroe did it.

Don't know about our puppy nor our firefly, but soccer George promised to watch out for our hawkman.

The Eagle, (Dutchy) has the Asian flu and I think Roger the rat is recovering from some sort of malady.

Hey, folks, it ain't even flu season.

Bach woke up the sleepers, but I think this has been a work day for most of our audience.

Today is Cannonball Adderley's birthday, so I decided to go to bed before midnight. (unless Cold Case Files is on again.)

So, y'all, here is my goodnight song, and we'll dedicate it to the working class folk.

@Rockhead,
Good morning, WA2K folks.

Rocky, the scars that we cannot see are the ones that hurt the most. Thanks for that reminder from the chili peppers, buddy.

Weird, folks. Cell phone are now a problem with California train operators. Rolling Eyes

Here's a great song by Gordon, y'all, and this one is for all you quixotic people out there in radio land.
