Thank you most kindly Brooke and Lzzie, your comments go a’ways to negate the rumor being spread by Missy and Bethie, about me being camp and hanging out on Brokeback Mountain.
I do so wanna be taken as a serious writer; for example, this is the start of a Play Wot I Rote:
Silence…
Presently we hear the knocker-up approaching, tapping on the windows with a pole to wake the vaudeville girls.
ARTHUR BOGGIS: (off stage) Rise and shine Elsie James ... quarter to six.
ARTHUR: enters. He is in uniform with a gas cape. He taps at a tenement window.
ARTHUR: Are you there Mrs Bloor and Brenda? Quarter to six. Rise and shine.
MAY What are you doing, knocking up, Arthur?
ARTHUR Morning May ... Jack's got the sciatica and as I was to be up early on this gay day, I said I'd do this end of the street while Dutchy does the other…
I am now furiously reverting to my roots to rediscover my authentic Louisiana accent, or as the French say: État de Louisiane. So if any of you gals wanna be knocked up; just let me know.
I'd like to thank all of you for reading my little show here today; if you've enjoyed it it's all been worthwhile. So, until we meet again, goodbye - and I love you all!"
PS. Hope all goes well at the birthday bash!
PPs. I just got back from seeing the Veterinary specialist; he said I was ok; but my dawg who got off the leash might be a fender bender due to his size, but he is fine.
ps to Try's play whilst he's waking up Arthur.
Knock knock.
Who is there.
Let us.
Let us who?
Let us in and you will find out.
So watch out ladies, the guy from Brokeback Mountain, has ulterior motives if you ask me.
Morning crew, early Saturday morning here and we have a full day ahead. Off to the market shortly to buy fresh produce and drink cappuccino at our favourite coffee bar. Once home, prepare BBQ, as the family is coming over to watch football, eat my steaks, saugages and drink my beer. Should be a fun day. Weather is very kind as well, not a cloud in the sky. Wishing you all a similar weekend.
Good morning all. Beautiful day here - going to get quite warm for this time of year. Hoping birthday boy had a good day Izzieliz - sorry to hear Missy not well. Morning to Beagle and Try, Dev, Brook and Rocky. Going to take mama and papa out for lunch today and then have to get busy with burning off again before restrictions come in - not long before bush-fire danger season starts. Hubby off in Germany for a few weeks so "merry widowing" at present. Hugs to all.

Good afternoon all.
I just got off work and thought I would pop in and see whats going on.
I see that everyone seems to be having an acceptably good day, for the most part.
Those of you that arent are not allowed to let their bad days spill over into tomorrow.
Izzie,
I hope everything went well for the B'day boy, and I hope he stayed with you like you wanted.
