should be made on potato bread.
Buttered on each side.
cheddar cheese only (that's the orange kind for those confused). Wink

no ham, no tomato, no weird sauce added.
cooked on a frying pan not with your iron or in the microwave
...and until the cheese begins to melt and each side is crispy.

cut diagonally only.


any other way is not a real Grilled Cheese.

Grilled cheese are best cooked with onions on them, but then taken off once done.....the flavour is just so.......good.
