Might set up a whiteboard to indicate to our client the number of requests we perform on a daily basis. Just a visible reminder to anyone walking into the file room.
Is there a transparent sheet we can print the list (permanently) ... say on the left side of the white board and the _____ on the right where we can write (erasable marker) the running total and erase at the end of the evening shift?
Handwriting the list maybe shoddy (given handwriting, etc...) or constantly needing to be written with passerbys smudging the marker writing.

post the printed list on the corkboard side - record the results on the whiteboard side

I've also seen something like this where the list was printed and laminated and then the results were written on the laminate

you can buy the dry erase laminate in sheets/film/rolls so you make these things any size/shape you'd like
