I was gone for a few days. You doin' any better, Big Guy?

This has been a long process. You're entitled to feel down about it sometimes. It's only natural. And Tom Petty can be very good medicine.

Yesterday and today I'm feeling pretty good! I acted as a substitute Preacher last night and gave a message about Fathers day - I think it turned out ok and today I escaped the house for a couple hours and the family took me to StarWars (I liked it) and then after an hour or two of rest I went for a short walk, about 200-300 yards total round-trip. I'm tired, but feeling good.

Glad to hear it!

I hope your clan treated you like a king for Fathers Day. You deserve it.

Aw, Husker, sorry about the roller coaster, the drugs, the swelling - all of it. Just keep doing what your Doc tells you to do and don't forget to tell him a thing or two back.

I'm toying with setting up the laptop in the backyard for Monday and Tuesday (sort of a outdoor office) not sure what direct sunlight is going to do with seeing the screen, just have to rig a leg elevation contraption.

that may do you a world of good. Direct sunlight helps get the seratonin in the brain going. it will make you feel better.. .. you need that. :-)

had to move indoors until I figure out how to deal with the sun and it was also getting a little hot with direct sun and the laptop and keyboard being black.
