I dont want this to be an ' america bashing ' thread.. but.. I HATE AMERICA.
Sorry..... I do.
I want my family, my daughter in particular, to grow up in another country.
I dont like america because of alot of the issues that have become part of the back bone for this country. Religion, politics, etc...
For those reasons ( and others ) I want to move.
I have been thinking about Canada, or Germany.
What is it like? What kind of money does it take to move? Anyone from these countries have any thoughts? Input?
Anyone from america visited these countries?
What about other countries?
Screw that. Move to Aruba, and make just enough money to eat and get drunk on a daily basis.
For that, I would move to Jamaca.. hehe.
Puff Puff.. sleep... ;-)
Why not try Cuba? Just so you can get a little taste of what you'd be missing... I was born and grew up in Bucharest, Romania, left in 1990, traveled a lot and still think that the "good ol' US" is the best place to live in the whole world. Sure, I go to warm places during the nasty weather here (heck, the birds do it!...) but I always come back home and thank God for the priviledge of being able to live here. Or maybe even better try one of the former Soviet countries, not Russia, something more "rustic". Romania is too cosmopolitan already. Why trade capitalism with capitalism? If I were you I'd go for the BIG change.
Why not Tierra del Feugo, shewolfmom? And send me a postcard. I've never gotten a card from Tierra del Feugo.
Iraq. I'll buy you the friggin tickets.
there are so many diffrent cultures out there I want to see them all.
I dont want to limit my life to one social structure.
I truly feel like I am missing more by staying still in one country then not.
My desire to move isnt ALL fueled about my discomfort with this country, it is more fueled by curiousity of other countries.
