In my kitchen, I have 1 light switch operating about 10 blubs in roof. Few months back one of the blubs started flickering intermittently, I eventually removed that blub. When I checked the blub on another socket, it was working fine. After I removed the first blub, then 2nd blub started flickering (& only 2nd..not 3rd or 4th). Then I removed 2nd blub and after that 3rd bulb started flickering and now when I removed the 3rd bulb 4th blub started flickering.
I presume since all 10 blubs are controlled by 1 switch they are on some common circuit. Question: What kind of electrical problem will cause only 1 bulb to flicker out of whole circuit and then removing that blub will transfer flickering to another bulb? What can I do to fix the problem or diagnose it further?
@PawanAgarwal,
With your problem it is most likely a problem with the circuit not the bulbs. For that to happen the circuit would have to be wired so that the bulbs are being used in completion of the circuit and then only a loose neutral on top of that could cause the flickering so you will need to get a licenced electrician to correctly repair it. I hope this helps
