Installed new GFCI breaker. Power at breaker and down the line to outlet box.
Installed solo GFCI outlet. No power in outlet.
Replaced outlet with new GFCI outlet. Same situation
GFCI outlet is not illuminated to show power at outlet nor will it trip.
Tried first GFCI outlet on another circuit and it worked.
@dtrain33,
Removed GFCI circuit breaker. Switched back to original circuit breaker. No change
Why does is dead end in the GFCI outlet?
@dtrain33,
I assume you checked the breaker and then tested the wires for power?
@edgarblythe,
All the way down the line. Power at the breaker box/circuit breaker. Power at the end.
@dtrain33,
There has to be a flaw with the GFCI or the way you wired it, if all else works.
