Lucky 7 for Bonds & Clemens

barry bonds just won his record-setting seventh MVP trophy, a few days after roger clemens won his record-setting seventh cy young award.

are these two 40-something baseball players the best hitter and pitcher of all time?

or are they exceptional athletes at a time of diluted talent due to over expansion?

Clemens is amazing. I'm not fond of his personality, but that's not the issue.

As for Bonds, my feelings are more complex. If I could be convinced he doesn't use steroids, I'd give the man his due. But until then, the jury is out!
