So my bf wanted to get into NYPD or precisely The Academt which is for training I believe and did amazing on the written test. However he was 2 mins late for the pdychological test and they didnt let him in.the physical test is still left.
What can be done?? Can you re-schedule the psychological test by writing or talking to somone? Do you have to wait a month or a year to do it all again? What is the best course of action after such a mishap? I live in another distant country so I'm not aware of anything. Can anybody help so I can help him? Can anything be done to better this situation? Thank you.

He will most likely need to contact the NYPD himself (phone, not email, and in person would be even better) and ask about rescheduling.
