Last night I was having a mad craving. I was going insane. Rather than call her, I just smoked a cigarette instead.

I didn't really smoke. I was just messing around. I'm still sucking the lollipops like a madman! It's been over a month and I've gained almost ten pounds, but I'm still smoke-free.
Go back to cigarettes.

I think the plastic drink stirrers is an excellent idea, littlek. I get coffee during the break at my italian class on saturday, and I always end up chewing the **** out of that little stir/straw thing.
Those things and coca cola (which I never otherwise drink) got me through.
