Pinker is thick as a brick. By definition, intelligence is a will to power and domination...if nothing else at least domination of Nature, and with that, it's hard to argue domination of any intelligence beneath it. The trot about Elon Musk flamboyance and impulsiveness was an easy pot shot that shows just how huge ego and hubris lays at the core of Pinker's optimistic salesman speech. Corporations certainly must love him as corps show love for their own kind with a nice fat pay check...
