I need Help Identifying the Artist

I have an older painting of a relatively famous site in Bavaria - see link: http://www.alamy.com/stock-photo-de-bavaria-gerstruben-and-hfats-mountain-near-oberstdorf-13134980.html

It is painted on old canvas, and the paint is cracking. I have added photos of the painting, the frame, the writing on the back and the signature of the artist. Hopefully the links work.
