Please Help ID Artist and Lithograph

It looks a lot like aa "reverse Glass" painting with a mirrored back. Why not search by the medium and maybe itll bring up a list of living reverse glass aartists.
Reverse glass was used a lot in US and European decorative work. Often these wee plaques of reverse glass were used as inserts along cabinet fronts or cabinets. In the US during colonial times many works of pastoral scenes or marine scenes were used as basal inserts in "banjo " clocks or "Tall case" clocks (also called grandfather clocks.

just a reflection, not Reverse glass, i tried to search all mediums but to no avail

is there a signaature of the artist "in the stone" ( just a term that means the signature is a print also). Or is it possible that the entire work is done using acrylics in squeeze tubes?

After that Ive got nothing more to consider. I know it shows an edition number but could it b that the lines are litho and the color dops are "monoprint"?
Lots of clay rtists used to do clay monoprints by printing up a pencil line in some color nd then embellishing the lines with either brush stroke or monoprint techniques.

is there any marketing info on the back?
