Original signed pirnt looking to sell DMC Delorean car image

I belive this is called a print not a poster. I don't know if it in a lithograph it does have a texture to it, can anyone tell me if it is?.
I also can't read the artist name. Has anyone heard of this artist? Can you help me find out more about who he is. The signature is not part of the image. It was hand signed.
