breaker panel outage

my power goes out on more than one circuit (but never all) without tripping the breakers... I can get my power back by removing all the breakers and then putting them all back in. This works for an interment amount of time (sometimes days sometimes weeks sometimes hours) and then it goes out again and not always the same breakers, what the...?
