Its a hand colored print. The "AP" stands for Artists Proof
Its an intaglio, (the print lines are scribed or etched into a zinc or copper plate. The ink is rubbed into the plate then wiped as clean as possible). The plate is pressed onto wetted paper in an intaglio press(this squishes the paper and draws the ink up from the etched lines and onto the paper)
You can see the press lines along the margin of the picture.Then the artist(s) water colored the drawing like a coloring book
Its an ok subject. Not hugely original though.
