I love it too. 33% is a pretty big number, particularly given the fact that the question was worded to include the phrase "potential terrorists" in the polling question.

A third of Americans reject a presidential security order... as a member of the resistance, I'll take it.

For comparison In 2003 the Bush administration was ramping up the now fantastically unpopular Iraq war (another effort to use fear to get popular support).

Polls at that time were 72% in favor of the war in Iraq, and only 22% opposed. I would say that the American left has made quite a bit of progress since then.

I am part of the left, and we are not in disarray.

I have found the reaction of 33% of Americans to be quite heartening. We will see what happens in 2018, but right now this leftie is feeling pretty good. (I agree with you about Hillary, for what it is worth).

It was the protests in 2003 (that started with 22% of Americans) that led to 8 years of Obama. Who knows what these protests will bring.

Now that he doesn't represent anyone, how can he embarrass? He's just another citizen. Really sounds like you want him back. I mean I didn't mind the guy and I've all but forgotten about him. You profess to hate him but won't stop bringing him up. I think it's a crush... nothing to be ashamed of. Frug. As you grow as a human you'll learn to deal with these things.
