@edgarblythe,
Based on his r-e-l-a-x-e-d demeanor plus his high percentage of success when the money is on the line and this recent winning spurt,I feel good about the Pack's chances.

The 'Boys got 2 of the best rookies...but rookies still...and with the immense pressure (even though playing in Jerry's Playpen), I predict some key mistakes.

Wonder what Packers take-away vs give-away ratio is this season and what it is for also the last half of the season?

Hey, I'm selfish (and biased) about who I want o see in the final game 'cause I want to see a Pats-Packers SB . To me that's max entertainment value. Not too many Brady-Rodgers face-offs left -- especially in SB games.

@Ragman,
I almost had the Cowboys, but I have to agree with you about the Pack. I personally feel the Patriots will at times have a bum game and play like an ordinary team. I picked them to win it all, but I hope they stumble.

@edgarblythe,
I just love to see Goodell's face if (or when) he has to hand the Lombardi Trophy to Brady and owner Kraft.

@Ragman,
I guarantee the balls will be as perfectly inflated as humanly possible.

@edgarblythe,
I had to go with Dallas for two reasons. Jordy Nelson will certainly be at less than 100%, if he plays at all. That could well force Green Bay to establish a running game, an area where they have been lacking all season. Second, even though a rookie will be at QB, the Cowboy offensive line should allow Elliot to control the ball, taking the pressure off Prescott. Or not.......

@CowDoc,
Yep. Could be you are right. I had Dallas originally, but switched.

@CowDoc,
Jordy's injury could be troublesome. Hard to say but they're limiting his practice time, according to reports.

There are as many good reasons to go with Dallas as there are for reasons to go with the Packers. Home teams seem to carry some weight this year. We'll see how that balances out in this round.

I like the turnover ratio (6th rank vs 9th) plus Rodgers playoff experience positives as my guide post.

Then again it's the Cowboys. They never win the big ones (any more). That game is loaded with drama. Love to see rookies like this under the pressure - makes for good football.

Rogersmight be looking at how his legacy will be assessed in the future. How many more times will he be in this sort of spotlight again?

@Ragman,
I have really enjoyed Dallas this year, except I hate the management. I was a bit irritated they gave away the final game, to give some players a rest. I don't believe in breaking stride in a race.

@edgarblythe,
I agree. The thing I like the least about the 'Boys is Jerry Jones. Call it the 'Steinbrenner' effect.

Resting the key veterans is not a good gesture to the loyal fans who pay those inflated salaries. Granted it could prevent a key injury that could halt your team's progress but we know from recent history this break can cause staleness and that out-of-synch sort of dynamic that plagued more than a few talented teams.

Changing my pick to what I want. Falcons will win today, but lose the next game.

The Texans beat up on the Pats for a time. I believe that had they a quality QB they may have won the game.
