Aluminum Wiring/Light fixture

I recently purchased a rental property which is wired with aluminum rather than copper. I am trying to install a new light fixture and have a couple of questions. I am trying to use the alumiconn connectors to bridge the fixture wire and the aluminum wiring. Do these create a fire risk? Also the fixture wire is clear. They are not colored black or white. One of the wires has some print on it, is that considered the neutral wire?

Thanks!
