What statistical method should I use?

I am doing a study to compare a pen-and-paper version of an aggression questionnaire with an online version of that questionnaire (23 questions, 3 choices - never, sometimes, often). I have about 60 participants and each of these participants have completed both the pen-and-paper version and an online version of the questionnaire. Which statistical method should I be using to compare if the 2 modalities of survey are equivalent?
