an opamp circuit using uni polar supply of 5V with CMOS which can give least power dissipation

Hey, i need help for my class project...
I have to design an op-amp using uni polar supply of 5 volts with CMOS!
*set frequency to 100KHz
*op-amp should have an open loop gain of at least 100
*circuit should give the least power dissipation as possible
*use real components not ideal

Please please help me i have to design it on multisim please send me the circuit diagram with values so that i may implement it on multisim... i will be thankful to you... i really need help for my project! I want my project to give the least power dissipation! Help me please.
