Locally Family-Owned and Operated Since <Year>
Is this okay? I like the sentiment as a company tagline but not certain if it is grammatically correct.
I would appreciate it if respondents were limited to those with a high level of grammar expertise.

I like it but the subtly in the message is not that the store is locally operated, it's that the family ownership is local. They live in the community. I worry moving locally in the message may impact that meaning.

both
{family-owned and operated} locally...

I'd take the family component out of the phrase and use it elsewhere in an advertising piece.
Locally owned and operated since <Year>
Leaving family in leads to a very clunky read (and interpretation).
