Finally: news that made Ms. Newsgrumpy smile

There's a gleeful photo in the link.

Truthfully I don't follow him much, but from what I've read, I like him.

This sort of counteracts the last internet piece I read, re a news situation (anti muslim stuff) in Idaho. I've known my 100 year old aunt by marriage was from there, but not until recently did I know my Uncle Felix (father's brother) was born in Idaho in 1903. Double trouble - aunt and uncle were both very interesting people, sort of storied lives. I've only been there once, for my aunt's memorial. But I've met A2k's Cowdoc as well as Mrs. Cowdoc, Idaho folks. Speaking of happy, I've enjoyed every minute of meeting them.

Mr. Trudeau's been doing the work and having time with family. He learned well from his parents.

The happy-making photos for me lately were of Mr. Trudeau at various pride parades around the country.

Part of me likes him because he is so handsome and, if I remember early hype, can dance, but that's subject to wipe out had he at all promoted Trump type opinions.

Liked the Pride photos. I take him as not just politicizing, means it.

We've had some attractive/handsome politicians on the other side of the spectrum as well. But Justin Trudeau is something really different. He throws himself into things. He is smart and enthusiastic and very human.
