Hello everyone,
I have a 1985 Nissan 300ZX. Today on my way back home from school my car suddenly loses power and I quickly steer my car into a parking spot. I try to start the car back up again, but it fails to run. The second time I tried to start the car up I heard this sharp metallic grinding sound under my car so I know it has to be my transmission. I only have $50 and I cant get it towed. I need help.
Thanks
Push the clutch in will ya! It's not easy to push that thing from all the way over here!
Umm.. This is an internet forum. Since you already seem to know what is wrong with it there isn't a whole lot any of us can do for you.
How do I push the clutch in? I want to know how I can get my car up and running again to atleast get me home.
dude did the clutch explode... how old is the clutch and are you sure it has to do with the tranny.where you in the middle of a shift and also do you race with the car. if so youl need to remove the transmission and get a direct look at the clutch. if it is gears in the tranny or even syncros are busted you'll need to find a parts z and salvage what you need. check back once you find the problem
OMG how can you not know how to put the clutch in
