Looking to ID: Paintings Left From Grandmother

Hello,

I have four paintings that belonged to my late grandmother that I would like to have identified. Some of the artist names I can read and some I cannot. However, they are all signed. I have very little information on the paintings or when or where they were purchased so any help would be greatly appreciated.
