Please tell me whether the following sentences are correct. Thank you.

Since the trees concerned have been found falling in the category of roadside trees after our investigation on 13 June 2016, you may wish to take up the case and make a reply to the complainant direct accordingly.

Chow, I suppose grammatically correct but awkward

Since the trees concerned were found in the roadside category by our investigation 13 June 2016, accordingly you may wish to reply directly to the complainant

Some guesswork to be sure
