Wiring in box has no red

Ceiling box controlled by a 4 and two 3 way switches.
Boc has three two wire circuits. One has a hot black. How do I proceed to connect the fixture? I know I should have taken a picture before dismantling to paint. One of the wires is white butted to a red in the switche box. Never seen this before.

Aha No, yes, I see you've found the power input. Now to avoid future electrocutions it's pretty important not to reverse the wires to the lights. Again you need a buddy....
