Please tell me if the following sentences are correct. Thank you.

After checking with our internal records, we would like to confirm that the footpath you referred to is out of our jurisdiction, you may therefore wish to refer the issue to relevant parties for advice and follow-up action.

Chow it's an example of two sentences separated by a comma, okay sometimes but not here

We have confirmed that the footpath referred to is not in our jurisdiction. Your concern should be referred to the jurisdiction responsible for that footpath.
