Without a diagram it's hard to understand the circuits. I have twin 12vc marine batteries that are charged by a solar array at my cabin. A good rule of thumb is use the simplest form of converter you can find. They power lights, a fan and I can charge any computer or voice application I use and run a TV and electric antenna. But that is all they can do.
Running a line conditioner like a TS Power requires more voltage than the entire array can produce. So you can see the problem with dirty power.
Not sure that helps but line conditioners are mostly for electric applications that can't be filtered through DC chargers.
You might also want to consider a solar array for your camper-there are some good ones that are very inexpensive-dirt cheap with the tax breaks.
