Yes Miss Toad. It would have to be a World Government.

But it would have to be more than that. It would have to be a World Government with a strong police force that could punish people who stepped out of line.

Let's say this World Government decided that abortion should be illegal. The people who believe that abortion should be safe and legal might want to fight about this because they feel really strongly that this a right that should be protected.

I can imagine that many people would be willing to fight a world government that banned abortion. The world government would have to come down on them pretty hard to ensure peace.

Alas no. At least not in the foreseeable future.

And it's not just because there are evil war-mongers ruling nations throughout the world.

How many human cultures, throughout history, have not had a positive, to say the least, regard for the martial?

War is hell but warriors are unending.

The fissile material from the warhead could be used to fuel power reactors.

The drone could be used for all sorts of civilian purposes.
