Gothic Art Question

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my question. There is a piece of artwork, possibly in the Gothic category, that I'm trying to find out what the name of the painting is and who painted it. Description: In a dark room there is a woman, pale skin and dark eyes facing profile to a man who looks like a fly or a wolf with a long tongue. This painting can be seen in Spiderman 1, in Osborne's home. I've actually seen this painting before, so, it's not a movie-creation. Help! Thanks.
