Please help me check the correctness of the following sentence. Thank you.

I would like to ask if we have to revise the purchasing order for the package services after learning the immediate increase of the import price in protective equipment.

Jeez, what's with the attempts at nineteenth-century Brit-speak?

You might say, "After learning of the immediate increase of the import price in protective equipment, I would like to ask if we have to revise the purchasing order for the package services."
