Who would you like to see host the Oscar Ceremony?

Because he's an unfunny dope.

I'd love to see Billy Crystal and Ellen Degeneres host.

I think maybe you just kinda encapsulated Letterman. That unfunny becomes funny in his own setting-with props etal-but, in the atmosphere of the AA, he can't handle it. It may also have something to do with his need for total control, and you ain't gonna get that with all them stars and other spontaneous things around.

The Academy loves Billy Crystal but they cannot convince him to be MC again. Billy says it's too much pressure and it's difficult to come up with fresh material.

I think we will see him again on on that stage in the future...he is a gem.

What a babe at 60 years of age!

Jane Fonda...last year a group of us were talking about this and her name came up as a good possibility to MC the Oscars.

In 2002 in addition to Whoopi, Glen Close and Donald Sutherland were added as announcers to the ceremony. Because it was the first year the producers tried this, Close & Sutherland were very laid back. As Emeril would say "Kick it up a notch"...

One person carrying the whole ceremony is a very difficult task.
A combination of several hosts, I think is the way to go.
