Need help identifying an artist

I can't make out the name but its a nice signature. The frame seems like a nice frame but it seems too narrow a section for the size of the canvas.

These clown paintings are tricky for me because I can't tell a good one from a bad one. What I can see of the paint around the signiture certainly looks painterly even if it looks put down quickly (not hurredly). Maybe a painting from a "street artist"?

Anything on the back of the painting? Any chance of a corner detail showing the frame, the stretcher and canvas?
